Jack Ridge

Jack is a Procter & Gamble Finance alum bringing rich and extensive leadership experience across many areas of their organization. His experience included assignments across P&G businesses, and in most core F&A functional areas. His experiences included Finance leader for the $3B Global Snacks and Coffee franchise, leadership for executing outsourcing deals, manager for internal audit for North America and Corporate functions, and finance leader for P&G’s Wal-Mart team. As Finance Director for Employee Services, he oversaw a $9B global operation which included payroll, pension administration, and travel management services.

He is presently providing consulting support across a range of finance areas. He has expertise in strategy development, financial planning and forecasting, business process re-engineering and outsourcing, financial reporting and performance management, and internal controls.

For 12 years Barbara was with Right Management where she had the opportunity to coach Fortune 100 executives from firms including Procter & Gamble, NCR, IBM, AT&T, LexisNexis, Bases Nielsen as well as independent entrepreneurs. Barbara continues her coaching practice, with her reach extending internationally. She holds a very special interest in working with HS and college students to assist them in getting the right start towards a fulfilling career and working with the soon to be retired to make certain this time of life can be the most fulfilling.

Barbara has a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University with an emphasis on adult development, curriculum and program development. She holds a certificate as a therapist from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is certified in the following assessments: Advanced Birkman, Hogan, MBTI, Compass 360 and HR Chally.
